Understanding an Abandoned Cart
What exactly is an abandoned cart?
The abandoned cart function allows you to track and chase up uncompleted orders in your checkout.
For example, if someone adds a product to their checkout but never completes the purchase, our platform will record this after a certain amount of time and will let you see those entries so that you can send them an email to remind them of their incomplete order or send them a discount code to indulge them further to finalize the purchase.
How does it work?
The abandoned cart feature is triggered when a certain amount of time has passed since the Visitor added items to their cart and did not complete the purchase in their checkout.
