Adding custom fields to the Divi email subscription module allows you to create custom subscription forms and collect additional information.
Divi Email Subscription module supports several email providers.
You can create custom data fields within each mail provider that store different information about your subscribers. This data can then segment your mailing lists or create authors.
By default, all email providers support the following fields:
Name
To collect additional information, you can configure new custom fields.
Once a custom column of information has been created for your list within your mail provider, a custom field can be added to your email subscription module.
When a visitor completes that custom field, the data entered will be stored in your list, in the subscriber user profile within your mail provider's system.
Each mail provider works differently. Before you can add custom fields to your module, you must log in to your mail provider account and create the custom fields you want to use.
See the instructions below according to your provider to learn how to create custom fields. Then continue reading for more instructions on how to add those fields to your subscription module.

Most mail providers send Divi all the information in your custom fields, and the subscription module will be populated with a list of available fields.
Once you have added custom fields as described above, they will be available throughContent → Fields → Use Custom Fields.
Here you can also add links to input tags and rearrange the fields.
Some providers do not send custom field data to Divi.
For these suppliers, you must set up the fields manually. These include:
Aweber
Mailster
SendinBlue
MadMimi
If you use any of these, you can manually select the field type and create the items after selecting your custom field.
A common use of checkbox fields is to register consent for data privacy regulations such as GDPR.
In these cases, you can link your privacy policy or terms of service from a checkbox item. All boxes and option buttons support custom links.
To add a link to a field item, click the link icon and add the text and URL.
