In Scoreapps we have incorporated a panel where you can invoke virtual specialists trained with in-depth knowledge in key areas of the business: sales, legal/contracts and copywriting. These bots have been trained with hundreds of thousands of data points based on our more than 12 years of experience in Marketing. They respond like a senior consultant, without detours or unnecessary technicalities.

How to use them step by step

1. Go to your Scoreapps panel and click on AI →Assistants.

2. Choose the specialist; a chat will open.

3. Describe your case with as much context as possible (country, sector, prices, deadlines).

4. The assistant will request the missing data and deliver the result in one or two blocks so as not to exceed the token limit for each output.

5. Check, adjust and download.

6. Remember: you are still responsible for the final document, especially in legal matters.

Good practices

• Be specific: country, sector, prices, deadlines.

• Ask for style examples if you are looking for a specific tone (formal, close, technical).

• Iterate: asks for settings: “add 24/7 support”, “convert to table format” – the wizard redoes it.

• Valid: bots are very good, but They do not replace your lawyer nor at your commercial discretion.
