AI Phone Agents let an AI handle real calls, answer frequent questions, collect information and route opportunities. In Scoreapps this extension is launched with Twilio integration so each customer can connect their own Twilio numbers and credentials.

Configure an agent
Agent name, welcome message, instructions, language, maximum duration, training context and Twilio phone numbers.
Call history
Call history lets you review completed, missed or failed calls, filter by agent and check that calls are assigned correctly.
