This function will allow you to add surveys within your application and see graphs of the answers that users have given on different questions.
Surveys are one of the most powerful tools to capture feedback, validate decisions and better understand clients, employees or users.
Below we show you some use cases in which surveys can be a great tool:
🔹 1. Product and user experience
Idea validation: Before launching a new feature, ask users what need it solves or what priority they would give it.
Post-use surveys: after trying a service or app, measure satisfaction (e.g. NPS, CSAT).
Problem detection: Ask customers directly what they find confusing or frustrating.
🔹 2. Marketing and sales
Customer segmentation: collect data on preferences, habits or interests to personalize offers.
Naming or branding tests: show several options for names, logos or claims and let the audience vote.
Campaign measurement: Ask leads how they found out about the brand or what message they found most attractive.
🔹 3. Human Resources
Work environment: internal satisfaction surveys to detect areas of improvement in the work environment.
Engagement and motivation: Ask employees what they value most (teleworking, training, benefits).
Onboarding: After the first 30-90 days, measure how a new employee felt about the integration.
🔹 4. Customer service
Post-support: after a closed ticket, evaluate the speed and quality of service.
Gap detection: Ask which channel users prefer (chat, email, phone) to prioritize investments.
Feedback in real time: short surveys in apps/web to evaluate the experience in the moment.
🔹 5. Education and training
Course evaluation: at the end of each training, measure satisfaction and quality of content.
Identification of training needs: Ask what topics they are interested in learning before designing a training plan.
Progress measurement: mini-surveys to reinforce learning and maintain motivation.
🔹 6. Innovation and co-creation
Crowdsourcing of ideas- Ask the community to vote on various options for features, designs or improvements.
Beta testing: Validate preliminary versions of products by asking about usability, usefulness and weaknesses.
Open innovation: Let customers themselves suggest what products or services they want in the future.
