With the Classifieds module, you can create your own App Classified Ads where users of the App may place advertisements for the sale of products or services or contact other users of the App who announce the sale of their products or services..

(The module displays ads posted by users and contact information but does not process the purchase/shipment of products or services)

In order to add this function to your app, the first thing you will need is to create a Google Maps API key.

It's very simple, click this link to know how to get the API key.

Once you've added the API Key in your platform's Settings tab, click > Features, then click the feature icon Classifieds to add it to the application.

- Qhome page: Map, or Listing, will establish the home page of the classifieds

- Admin emails: When set, admins will receive emails for each new ad posted.

- City: When set, the map will be centered on this location, and together with "Radio" the ads will be limited to the defined area.

- Publication Radius: The distance (in meters) within which ads will be allowed around the selected location.

- Lifetime or validity: The useful life of the ads in days (leave blank for unlimited ads).

- Activate ad moderation: Administrators will have to publish or delete ads manually, when disabled the ads are published automatically

- Require price to publish ad?: Check this option if you want a price to be set on all ads.

- Number of images allowed?: You can limit the images from 1 to 10.

Click Keep

Now you will have to create Categories:

You can create as many categories as you want, then you can sort them in up to 3 levels, all categories are eligible in the application's filters.

With the new version of classifieds, you can now add custom fields to forms to create a more flexible experience.

The available fields and options are very similar to those you can find in our function Forms 

LOG IN TO THE APP

To create a new ad, you must log in to the app and then open the function Classifieds and then click on the icon + to open the form

- Includes a good description.

- Select the category where you want the product to appear.

- Add one or more images to the advertisement.

- Find my ad It will automatically search for your current location.

            - Make my address private will hide the address from buyers and the ad will not be visible on the map.

- Add a phone number if you want buyers to contact you by another means.

            - By selecting the phone number to be private, buyers will only be able to contact you via email. Only administrators will be able to obtain your phone.

Click Post, and the ad will now be visible (or on hold if moderation is enabled).

When administrator emails are configured, and a new ad is published an email will be sent to the addresses.

MANAGE ADS

From this tab you can publish, unpublish and delete all ads.

APP ACTIONS

Map View works like a panoramic search, ads within the visible area (with their matching filters) will be displayed.

- Marker allows you to save your favorite ads so you can review them later. They will be stored on your bookmarks page.

- Call It is available as long as the phone is not marked as private by the owner of the listing.

- Message Open a message form to contact the owner, who will receive an email with the query.
