APPS: Form

This functionality offers a form generator with fully customizable and efficient elements.

To add this feature to your app go to step "Functions" and click on the icon "Links":

Settings:

By adding the function, a window like this would be displayed with the following options:

1. Email Administrator: In this field, you can enter multiple recipients, separate emails with a comma: correo1@dominio.com,correo2@dominio.com,correo3@dominio.com.
   
2. Enable History: With history, registered users could see (read only) their forms answered, sorted by date.
   
3. Design:Choose between "List Mode" or "Card Mode".

Note:Ethe history was only available to registered users and when the option was enabled, all shipments made when the configuration was disabled. when set up.

Fields:

To create your form, you should choose from all available fields

Results:

From the Results tab you can see users' responses to the form.

Design:

You can set up the wallpaper by adding a background image for portrait and landscape mode.
