APPS: Form

This functionality offers a form builder with completely customizable and efficient elements.

How to add this feature

To add this feature to your application go to step "FUNCTIONS" and click on the " iconLinks":

Configuration:

When you add the function, a window like this will be displayed with the following options:

1. Administrator Email: In this field, you can enter multiple recipients, separate emails with a comma: email1@domain.com, email2@domain.com, email3@domain.com.
   
2. Enable History: With history, registered users will be able to view (read-only) their answered forms, sorted by date.
   
3. Design: Choose between "List Mode" or "Card Mode".

NOTE: ANDHistory is only available to registered users and when the option is enabled, all submissions made when the setting is disabled are not saved in the user's history, however, they are saved in the admin results tab and sent via email. when configured.

To create your form, you will need to choose from all available field types

Results:

In the tab Results you can see users' responses to the form.

Design:

You can set the wallpaper by adding a background image for portrait (portrait) and landscape (landscape) mode.
