How Credits and Tokens Work in Scoreapps

Reading: 5–7 minutes

Summary in 30 seconds

  • All modern Artificial Intelligence consumes tokens (minimum computing units).

  • The providers (OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs, etc.) convert those tokens into credits either minutes with a price per use.

  • Scoreapps includes enough credits text and image so you can create content and experiment from day one.

  • Features advanced/experimental (For example, voice in real time either generative video) use credits third parties and may have variable cost outside of Scoreapps.

  • Currently at Scoreapps we offer P10-hour Elevenlabs Voice acks for integration with agents (read below).
On the other hand, we are working to offer you in the future the option of connect your own API key.

1) First of all, thank you and maximum transparency ❤️

We know that many of you joined Scoreapps AI in the pre-sale. Thank you for trusting us! We want to explain to you with transparency and clarity how credits work in the AI ecosystem, so that keep control and let's avoid surprises.

  • Your Scoreapps AI quota does not change.

  • The basics are included: credits of text and image sufficient for normal use and for experimenting with the agents.

  • The possible variable costs belong to external suppliers (same as the Apple/Google developer accounts: essential for publishing apps, but No They are a cost of Scoreapps).

2) What is a token? And what is a credit?

  • token is a minimum unit that models use to process information. In text, a token usually corresponds to a piece of word; In image, audio or video, each provider defines its own consumption metric.

  • credit is the practical currency of use that each supplier defines (or that we translate on the platform) to facilitate consumption control. Examples:

    • Text/chat: consumption by processed tokens.

    • Voice: consumption by minutes generated or transcribed audio.

    • Video: consumption by clips or by seconds render.

Key idea: the credits They are not an “additional fee” from Scoreapps, but rather a cost for third party use. Us we don't charge it We don't even inflate it: we only give you tools to control it.

3) What does your Scoreapps AI subscription include today?

  • Unlimited hosting for content generation, Apps and Websites

  • 100,000 Monthly Text Credits for chat and content generation/editing (writing agents, assistants, etc.).

  • Image credits to generate and edit 200 images monthly.

  • Monthly renewal of these included credits (designed for a normal use).

  • Reasonable limits per account and per project to ensure the stability of service for all.

In our day-to-day, these credits cover most cases: blog posts, social media copy, product descriptions, FAQs, supporting images, etc.

Additionally, text and image generation within WordPress is unlimited.

4) What is not included (and why)?

There are models very new either high demand that today are still very expensive and they also impose use limits (e.g., concurrency). Examples:

  • Real-time voice (ElevenLabs): ideal for voice chatbots or voiceovers with low latency. Current indicative reference: ~€0.10+VAT/minute (as of 08/11/2025). Furthermore, Eleven Labs currently limits the token volume and the concurrent requests per account.

  • If you want to test the operation of the neural voice in the conversational Agents, write to us and we will include enough credits so that you can test the operation of the Eleven Labs neural voice. And if you need to hire voice minutes for an Agent, we will provide 10-hour packages (600 minutes) for €60+VAT.
(If you want to add one of these packages to your account, request it by writing to helpdesk@scoreapps.ai)

  • Generative video (e.g., I see 3) and other models that we are working with to incorporate them into the platform in the future): experimental technology with prices still elevated per clip/second.

  • Other services bleeding edge (advanced voice cloning) also in development and with prices still very high today.

Important: These costs No They are from Scoreapps. Just like with Apple/Google to publish apps, here we talk about third party fees.

5) Why do we do it like this?

  • So that pay only for what you really use in third-party services.

  • To protect the stability: Unexpected heavy usage of a single project (for example, an enterprise client with a lot of traffic) should not affect the rest of the Partners.

  • Because the AI prices change fast. If they go down (it usually happens), you benefit without waiting for annual billing cycles.

6) What we are preparing for you

  • Optional credit packs (voice/video) depending on the actual volume that we are observing in the first Partners.

  • Soon you will be able to contract 10h (600 minutes) voice packages from Eleven Labs for €60 + VAT by writing to Support.

  • And we are also developing the possibility for each client to use their own Eleven Labs API Key.

  • Option BYOK (Bring Your Own Key): connect your own API key from providers like ElevenLabs or others (for direct billing with the provider).

7) Practical examples (for guidance)

The figures below are examples guidelines for voice agents (ElevenLabs). Providers may change prices and policies.

Supposed: reference rate 0.12 $/min.

5 min~0,60 $
30 min~3,60 $
1 hour (60 min)~7,20 $
5 hours (300 minutes)~36,00 $
10 hours (600 minutes)~72,00 $

No. Your plan remains the same. The included text and image credits are still available and are they renew monthly.

Can I use Scoreapps without paying anything extra?
Yes. With credits included text and image You can create content and experiment with AI agents at no additional cost.

Many providers set them to protect their infrastructure. We respect them so that the service is stable for everyone.

Can I connect my own API key?
We are working on it. We will notify you when it is available so that you can invoice directly with your external suppliers.

Will these costs go down over time?
The trend of the sector is towards progressive descent of prices. When it happens, you will benefit immediately.

10) Final summary

  • The essentials (text and image) are included in your subscription so you can create and learn without friction, and they also renew every month.

  • The premium/experiential services (low latency voice, AI video, etc.) entail third party variable cost.

  • We are finalizing credit packs and the option BYOK to give you flexibility and control.

  • Our commitment: transparencystability and continuous improvements.
