How to Configure the Booking Assistant with Calendly or Cal.com
What this function does
The option Reservation Assistant Allow your AI agent to display a booking experience within the chat using the embedded code of Calendly either Cal.com.
This way you can convert conversations into scheduled appointments without removing the user from the agent flow.
When to use this feature
- When you want the agent to help close demos or meetings.
- When you already have an event set up in Calendly or Cal.com.
- When you need to insert the calendar into the agent's conversational flow.
How to get to this function within Scoreapps
- When you enter Scoreapps, you will reach the main dashboard.
- In the left side menu, click Artificial intelligence, identified with the stars icon.
- Inside IA, enter AI Agents.
- Create a new agent or edit an existing one.

How to activate Reservation Assistant
- in the step Set up, locate the option Reservation Assistant.
- Flip the switch.
- Check the Reservation Assistant Instructions.
- in the field Reservation Assistant Embed Code, paste the inline code of your booking tool.

How to get the embedded code in Calendly
- Log in to your account Calendly.
- Open the event you want to use for reservations.
- Look for the option Share or the event sharing menu.
- Select Add to Website.
- Choose the option Inline Embed.
- Activate, if you need it, options such as hiding page details or cookie banner.
- Copy the embedded code.
- Go back to Scoreapps and paste it in Reservation Assistant Embed Code.




How to get the embedded code on Cal.com
- Log in to your account Cal.com.
- Open the type of event you want to use.
- Click Embed.
- Select the format inline embed.
- Adjust height and width if necessary.
- Copy the code.
- Go back to Scoreapps and paste it in Reservation Assistant Embed Code.



When to show the reservation assistant
You can adjust the conditions under which the agent should display this experience, for example when the user asks to schedule a meeting, view a demo, or advance to a call.
Expected result
When setup is complete, your agent will be able to display the booking flow within the chat using the Calendly or Cal.com embed.
Common mistakes
- Paste a normal link instead of the embedded code: you need the inline embed code.
- Not having previously created an event on Calendly or Cal.com: without that event you will not be able to get the correct code.
- Activate the wizard but do not define the embedded code: The booking flow will not be displayed.
- Do not check when it should appear: the agent may offer the reservation at inappropriate times.
