How to Create and Manage AI Agents in Scoreapps
AI Agents lets you create automations that listen to events, interpret information, generate responses and execute actions through supported channels and connectors. The value is turning repetitive processes into controlled workflows: reports, message triage, assisted replies, searches, summaries and tool coordination.
Important: an AI Agent cannot do anything you imagine. It can only run actions supported by Scoreapps, its connectors and configured permissions. The clearer the process, the better the result.

Limits to understand
- It cannot access tools that are not connected.
- It should not promise actions outside Scoreapps or supported connectors.
- It does not replace human supervision for sensitive legal, financial or commercial decisions.
- Ambiguous prompts create generic workflows.
- Missing permissions, APIs or channels can block execution.
