How to Create and Use Your Smart Roadmap in Scoreapps
The Smart Roadmap turns your initial goals into an ordered activation plan. Instead of opening random tools, Scoreapps helps you decide what to configure first, which tasks depend on a website or integration, and which actions have the highest impact.
Goal of this guide: understand what the Roadmap is for, how to save it, when to restart it, and how to turn its recommendations into actionable work.
What the Smart Roadmap is
The Roadmap is not a generic checklist. It uses your account context to propose a sequence of actions. Depending on your answers and setup, it may recommend SEO review, chatbot creation, BlogPilot activation, content planning, social media automation, proposal work or a phone agent.
When to use it
- When you first enter Scoreapps and do not know where to start.
- When you want priorities before configuring several tools at once.
- When you return to an account and need to choose the next best step.
- When you want to turn onboarding into clear team tasks.
Main controls

| Restart | Restarts the diagnosis if the current plan is no longer useful. |
| Save | Saves changes to the current plan. |
| Save roadmap | Keeps the Roadmap available so you can continue later. |
Recommended workflow
- Open Action Plan from the sidebar.
- Read the overall goal and the recommended actions.
- Start with the first action that unlocks the rest.
- Turn each block into a concrete task: what must be done, who owns it and when it is done.
- Save the Roadmap before ending the session.
Expected result
You should end with a clear activation route: what to configure first, which tools to use, and which actions remain pending.
