Setup Guide and Getting Started

If you want to use Scoreapps successfully, it is very important that you spend a couple of minutes reading this guide carefully.

We'll guide you step by step from the initial configuration requirements to the creation and sale of your first App. Let's start:

1. Add Scoreapps to your contact list (Very Important)

At Scoreapps we serve thousands of users in more than 20 countries. This means that between updates, responses to support queries, etc. we send many emails every week and unfortunately, many filters send our emails to Spam. This causes us many problems with clients who do not receive correct answers to their support queries or who do not find out about the different updates and new features that we are launching. 

Therefore, it is important that you take a minute to add Scoreapps to your contacts or email white list. 

In Gmail you can do it like this: 
  1. Open the received email
  2. Hover over the sender's name
  3. Click on "Add to contacts"
In Windows Live Mail:
  1. Open the received email
  2. Click on the sender's name
  3. Click "add"
  4. Press "save"

On iPhone/ipad:

  1. Open the received email
  2. Click on the sender name
  3. Choose the "new contact" option
  4. Click "ok"

 On Android:

  1. Open the received email
  2. Click on the sender's photo
  3. Click the add new contact icon
  4. Click "add new contact"
  5. Choose the account where you want to save it, if you have more than one
  6. Click ☑ to save

2. Access Keys and System Requirements

  1. You had to receive an email with the access codes to Scoreapps. 
  2. It is common for these emails to fall into Spam, so if you cannot find the email with your passwords, check your spam folder.
  3. You cannot create Apps and websites from your mobile phone. You must use Scoreapps from a computer.
  4. Scoreapps is optimized for Safari and Chrome browsers. Of course, if you use Chrome you must make sure you have the automatic translation system DISABLED since it is INCOMPATIBLE. Chrome's Automatic Translation System generates multiple malfunctions in Scoreapps. To check that you have it disabled, just open the Chrome settings menu, go to Languages ​​and deactivate the Google Automatic Translate selector:















3. Differences between Access to the Platform and Access to the Support Center

  1. To access Scoreapps, you must do so from our Login screen: https://app.scoreapps.com/ with the username and password that you have received in your email.
  1. On the other hand, our Help Center or HelpDesk (https://helpdesk.scoreapps.com/portal/es/home)  has its own User Registry and Login Access. This access will allow you to keep track of the queries you send to Support but it is a different Registration system. That is, you will not be able to directly use the passwords that we have sent you but you will have to register in the Helpdesk with the passwords you want.

Many users confuse Access to Scoreapps with access to the Helpdesk  




4. How the Support Service works: How and where to get answers to your questions

  1. If you have strategic or commercial questions, you can write to us through WhatsApp
  2. If these are technical questions, use the Support Ticket system, since WhatsApp is only managed by the Sales team and they will not be able to help you technically.
  3. You can send a Ticket to the Support team from the Helpdesk (https://helpdesk.scoreapps.com/portal/es/home) or from the help button on the Scoreapps Platform. 
  4. If you also register in the Helpdesk, you will be able to track your tickets since on many occasions, the response from the Support team can fall into the Spam tray of your email.
  5. The average resolution time for Support Tickets is 24/48 hours from Monday to Friday. 
  6. We also recommend trying the Helpdesk search engine because in many cases, your query may already be answered in a Help article and you would have the answer immediately. 

5. How to download your invoices 

If you have contracted a payment plan with Scoreapps, downloading your invoice is very simple:
  1. Click My Account in the upper right corner of your dashboard










  1. Once inside My Account, click on the Invoices tab


6. How to Create (AND SELL) your first App

Ok... we get to the interesting part...  If you are using Scoreapps it is for one of these 2 reasons: 
  1. Or because you want to create an App for your own business
  2. Or because you want to create and sell Apps for other businesses such as Reseller or Partner
