Introduction
This tool is designed for your private use as a Scoreapps client, whether you have an agency or any other type of business. Unlike external AI Agents that you can create for clients, Marketing Bot is not designed for resale as each Scoreapps client can connect this Bot to a single Whatsapp number and a single Telegram account.
The function of Marketing Bot It is a powerful tool that will allow you to automate a part of your sales and, above all, the nutrition of potential clients through Whatsapp and Telegram.
Whether managing customer engagement, sending promotions, or running mass messaging campaigns, this plugin offers a centralized solution to reach your audience on the platforms they use most.
With integrated functions of campaign management, users can create, schedule and publish messages tailored for WhatsApp, Telegram or both. Telegram support includes subscriber tracking, allowing you to monitor audience growth and engagement. On WhatsApp, marketers can organize their outreach using Detailed contact lists, segments and individual contact management to achieve more personalized and specific messages.

Overview

The control panel Marketing Bot offers a clean and easy-to-use interface to manage campaigns and contacts WhatsApp and Telegram. At the top, there is a quick access bar with a button “Manage settings” and a reminder that users can send broadcast messages instantly to both platforms.

At the bottom, the campaign table offers a searchable list with columns for ID, Name, Status, Platform, Scheduled Time and available actions. The design ensures that users can monitor performance and manage campaigns efficiently from a single place.
Inbox
In addition to campaign management, the plugin Marketing Bot includes a function Inbox, where you can view and manage incoming messages from WhatsApp, Telegram or both platforms in a single centralized place.
This unified tray allows for real time communication, facilitating the monitoring of customer responses, the continuity of conversations and timely attention. Users can filter messages by platform, ensuring fluid and organized management of all interactions through the different channels.

Whatsapp settings
To integrate Marketing Bot with WhatsApp, a Twilio account is required. The profitability of automating a channel like WhatsApp compared to a cost as low as Twilio is enormous, but if you want to automate a marketing channel completely free of charge, we recommend opting for Telegram.
- We go to Twilio and create an account:

- We click Start and then verify our phone:
- It will give you a recovery code. We keep it. and continue
- At this point you can choose the trial version to start


- Next we get a phone number that Twilio assigns us
- Then we configure a WhatsApp sender and to do this we go to Senders -> WhatsApp senders
- Now it asks us to update our account and upload an identity document
- Next you must choose to use Twilio and complete the required information (Country, Address...)
- Once the Registration process is complete, we return to the initial Twilio window and refresh the window or press F5

- We press Next or continue and sWe choose the value we want to deposit to start

- Now we have a balance in our Twilio account
- The next step is to create a new sender "Create new sender"
- We select the phone number that Twilio has assigned us and click continue
- Next you must connect your account with Facebook
- Once the integration with Facebook is created, in Twilio we click on edit "Edit Sender"

- Now we return to the Dashboard:

- And we copy the following fields to paste in Scoreapps -> Marketing Bot Settings
- Now we go to the settings in Scoreapps IA -> Marketing Bot Settings and paste the fields
- We need the number of tests (Sandbox) for which in the Twilio window, we go to Messaging -> Try it out -> Send a WhatsApp message
- And we copy the sandbox number

- We copy the URL from Webhook, we return to twilio and in sandbox settings we paste the URL
- Then we go to WhatsApp senders

- And we click on edit sender

- And pWe add the URL of the Webhook
Integration Test
- Now to test that it has turned out well, we send our WhatsApp to the production number that has been assigned to us and we go to Scoreapps IA -> Inbox and We see the Conversation Log, there it will show us the message we have sent

- Now let's go to contact List and create a new list

- Then we go to Whatsapp -> Contacts and add the WhatsApp number from which we have sent the test message (Note: Not the Twilio number) and we assign it to the list we have created.

- Finally we create a campaign in Marketing Bot -> Create new campaign and select Whatsapp
- We can use AI to help us create the campaign and image and in contacts, we select our contact list and send the campaign.
Telegram settings
To connect the Marketing Bot module with Telegram, the first thing is to open the Telegram app on your device:

- Once you have it open you must search for “BotFather” – This is the official Telegram bot management tool.

- Then you press where it says Botfather to open a conversation and write the following: /newbot
- Then follow the instructions and remember to enter a valid name.
- Then the system will give you an Access Token; Copy it.
- Now go to the AI section in Scoreapps and search for Marketing Bot Settings and paste the token that the Telegram system gave you.
- Now you must create a group and invite the contacts to whom you want to send the campaigns to participate.
NOTE: It is essential that you also invite that group to the BOT that you created in previous steps

- Give the group a name so you can identify it later.
- Now we return to Marketing Bot and press where it says create campaign (Create new Campaign) and select Telegram.

- Now we are going to assign a title, and the content you can write yourself or tell the AI Assistant to help you write it
