PARTNER: Create Employees and Access Roles in Your Control Platform


💎Partner: The "Employees" and "Roles" sections are exclusive to the Partner Plan.


🔵 Employees Section

When accessing the section "Employees" You will see that the Account Holder user appears with the ADMIN Role
Info
This Employee cannot be deleted since it is the Account Holder



🔵 Create new employees

From the "Employees" section you can add new employees (users with access to your Control Platform of Partner).

To add an employee press the button "+ New employee"



Then you will have to fill out the fields requested below:


  • Name: give your employee a name

  • E-mail: indicates an email with which you will log in as a user

  • Password: Specifies a password

  • Role: Choose a Role. If you haven't created one yet, go to the next step to learn how create new Roles.

  • State: by default choose Activated to start. If you choose Deactivated, the employee will not be able to access with their username/password

🔵 Roles Section

Roles define which sections of your Partner Platform employees you have created will have access to.

When accessing the section "Roles" You will see that the ADMIN (CEO) Role appears, which corresponds to the Account Holder.

This Role cannot be eliminated since it is the Account Holder


🔵 Create new Roles

From the "Roles" section you can add new Roles (access to the different sections of your Control Platform of Partner).

To create a new Role press the button "+ New Role"



Then you will have to fill out the fields requested below:


  • Role name: Specifies a name for this Role (e.g. Team)

  • Description: defines in a few words the description of this Role

  • Select: choose between the different access of the Control Platform


◼️ Access:

  • Employees: Check this option to allow the user with this Role create new Employees.

  • Roles: Check this option to allow the user with this Role create new Roles.

  • Apps: Check this option to allow the user with this Role to create/design/delete Apps.

  • Website: Check this option to allow the user with this Role to create/design/delete Websites.

  • Appcademy: Check this option to allow the user with this Role access AppCademy.

  • Resources: Check this option to allow the user with this Role to access White Label Resources

  • Account: Check this option to allow the user with this Role full access to the section My Account.
