APPS: Progressive Loyalty Card

APPS: Progressive Loyalty Card

This feature allows you to launch a loyalty program to reward your customers as they increase their purchases.

On the same loyalty card, you can set up multiple rewards and the customer can redeem them as they accumulate enough points. In addition, it includes a powerful reporting engine, where you can easily identify your most loyal customers and those who use rewards the most.

You'll also get an estimate of the sales your loyalty program is generating, and you'll be able to track employees who validate points and rewards to prevent any fraud.

Features

- Loyalty card creation.
- Card customization.
- Specify terms and conditions of promotions.
- Establish rewards.
- Customize rewards with images.
- Validating points.
- Create employee profiles for validation.
- Import sales from the Commerce feature.
- Customer rewards report.
- Loyalty control report.

Settings

Loyalty cards tab

To create a loyalty card, the first step is to add a card.

Click on "+" and you will view this settings screen.

- Add a name for the card (this will not be visible to users, only in metric reports).
- Set the number of points for the card.
- Set the approximate amount each point equals in sales (this will be used in the report to estimate the value of each customer).
- Defines whether the card is a one-off card or will be reused once completed.
- Specify the terms and conditions of the promotion.

Choose a background image and design for the loyalty card and rewards to suit your preferences and needs.

Rewards Tab

Once you have created the Loyalty Card, let's create the Rewards.

Be aware that any rewards that are made active/inactive will also be immediately active/inactive on the card.

Click on + to create the reward. The following screen will appear.

- Define the name of the reward (visible to the user).
- Set the number of points needed to redeem the reward.
- Whether the reward has an expiry in days. Defining an expiry for the reward states that, once earned, it will expire X amount of time after the user has earned it. This creates an urgency for the user to go to the shop to redeem the reward and hopefully make an additional purchase.
- Description of the reward (visible to the user).
- You can upload specific images. The inactive reward image will appear when the user does not yet have enough points to redeem it. Once the user has enough points, the active reward image will be displayed. If no image is placed, the default images that are loaded in the Options tab will be used.

When there are enough points to obtain the reward, the "Redeem" button will also change color.

Remember that for a reward to be activated it must be redeemed through the app.

Validation Tab

With the Progressive Loyalty Card feature you can validate points remotely, you don't need to have physical access to the mobile phone to do so.

This is ideal for businesses with a delivery service or any type of telephone ordering service. You can validate points using the customer's mobile phone by creating PIN codes for employees. In the module, an employee profile will be automatically created using the registration email. This employee cannot be deleted, but will have to define a 4-digit pin code to validate the points on the card. Please note that, through the editor, you will not be able to validate points remotely with another user's PIN code. You are free to add additional users to validate points in the application, but, through the remote validation interface in the editor, only the registered user will be able to validate points.

The users listed in the validation list are those who have registered for this app. They will be added to the module automatically as they register.

You can add them manually by clicking on "+".

To validate points through the builder, you will have to select the user and click on the stamp icon. You will need to set the number of points you wish to validate and enter the 4-digit PIN code you have set.

Options tab

In this tab you can customize the design of the loyalty cards.

You can also control whether employees can validate one or more points at a time. If "validate one point only" is not selected, the employee will be able to validate several points at the same time through the app.

In the source selection box, you can define if you want to import the sales from the Commerce function. When the box "import sales from the Commerce module" is checked, you can define a conversion rule for the sales made. You should define a rule with the lowest amount of sales you want to convert into points. Only whole points (no decimals) will be converted. This means that, if the rule is to convert 1 point for every 10€ in sales, then on an order of 11€, the user will get 1 point. The same if the order is for €19. Product conversions are done every hour as long as the order status is marked as "done".

Finally, you can add a cover image and set an active and inactive reward image.

Analytics Tab

The analytics in this module have been created to help companies identify their most loyal customers. In the customer data dashboard, you will be able to get the number of rewards used by each customer, the number of points that were validated and the number of visits this customer has made to the shop.

Note that we assume that each validated point was the result of a shop visit. However, if points are validated multiple times within a 2 hour period, we will only count 1 visit. Total revenue is calculated using the estimated value of 1 point when set when creating the card and multiplying it by the number of points validated.

The "loyalty control" dashboard allows you to check how many points employees are validating and what the average is for all employees. This will allow you to detect deviations from the average to quickly investigate suspicious cases.

Both the Customer Dashboard and the Loyalty Dashboard allow you to access a more detailed report to show you individual customer or employee activity.

Simply click on the customer or employee's name for more detailed information.
