Provide Access to Your Applications

With the Reseller Plan or Partner Plan you can easily give your clients or collaborators access to your applications.

Access your Apps Panel, and then access any Application:

Once inside the App builder, go to My Account - Add Administrator:

Create an Administrator Access for your client by completing the following information:

Fill in your personal details, set a password and don't forget to choose between the following roles:

- Customer: This role will be able to access:

- Features: It will only be able to manage and edit those functions that you have previously configured. You will not be able to add or delete functions.

- My account: You will only be able to view Analytics or log out.

- Users: Where you can access the registration of the different users with access to your App.

- Promote: Where you can access the download QR of your App.

- PWA: From where you can send push notifications (if you have a PWA version)

Your panel will appear like this:

- Admin Client: The client will access the builder without any limitations and will see in the builder of their App the same sections as you as a Reseller / Partner.

 

Once you have chosen the desired Role, you must then provide an access password for that client.

The Password must be at least 9 Characters and must Include at least one capital letter, one number and one special character.

Ex: ($,%,&,/,;?...)

To finish, press the Save button and the new administrator created will appear in the list.

You now have the administrator created!

Next you can grant access to one or more Apps, to do this click on the pencil icon to edit the Manager you created:

Scroll to the bottom and select the App or Apps you want this administrator to have access to:

If you want the user to be able to add new features to the application, check the "User can add new features" box. Otherwise make sure to uncheck this box.

Once you make the selection, the setting will be applied automatically without saving. You can withdraw access to your client whenever you want by unchecking this box again in the corresponding App.

 

So that your clients can access the App editor under the Role that you have given them, they must log in with the email and password that you have created for them at the following URL: https://apps.nocode-builder.com/
