In this configuration tab, you could see three different sections. But all sections depend on the type of trigger. Depending on the type of trigger, you can set all email/mail settings.
The Triggers who would enable the review are:
- New device installed
- First start of meeting within implementation
- First point of loyalty used (requires the application loyalty card function)
- First order placed (requires the mobile trade function in application)
- The first coupon used (requires the application discount function)
- First subscribe to a token in any THEME (requires the Topics feature in application)
- First progressive loyalty point used (requires the operation of progressive loyalty card in application)
- First redeemed progressive prize (visible only if the progressive loyalty card is added in application)
- First Store/Delivery order placed (visible only if Store/Delivery is added in application)
In the Push Notification Settings section, you can configure the message asking for the review.
- Title Push: Title of notification.
- Push Text: Text of notification.
- Status: If it was active or disabled.
- Choose the delay: What takes place to show up after the Trigger is activated.
In the Email Settings section you can configure the message sent by the review.
Like the Push notification, this email is set up in the same way, modifying the following fields
- Title of email.
- Text of email.
- Status, to enable or disable.
- Delay.
Configuration of Review Sites
In this tab, you can set up site links such as Google reviews, Facebook, Tripadvisor and others reviews. In addition, you can change the icon according to your preference by uploading the image into the button next to each URL.
