Send Push Notifications from OneSignal
Si quieres, puedes enviar notificaciones directamente desde One Signal en lugar de usar el constructor de apps una vez hayas seguido los pasos de configuración, sin embargo, estas notificaciones tienen dos particularidades:
- No aparecen en el histórico de notificaciones enviadas desde el constructor de Scoreapps
- Tampoco aparecen en la bandeja de entrada de la función Push v2 del usuario de la App
¿En qué casos necesito usar One Signal directamente?
- Incidencias puntuales en las que desde el constructor de Apps no se estén enviando correctamente
- Para enviar notificaciones en las que puedas incluir un enlace de acceso a una URL o imagen adjunta, algo que (por ahora) no es posible realizar desde el constructor de Scoreapps
- Para enviar notificaciones segmentadas por público (por ejemplo por "Dispositivos iOS", "Android", por idioma del dispositivo del usuario, por versión de la App, por franja horaria según ubicación, etc.)
Pasos para enviar notificaciones desde One Signal
Recuerda que lo ideal es enviar notificaciones desde el constructor de Scoreapps, para así permitir a los usuarios comprobar el mensaje enviado desde la bandeja de entrada, pero si prefieres enviar notificaciones desde One Signal, debes seguir estos pasos:
1. Abre One Signal, selecciona la App y pulsa en New Message | New Push:
2. En esta pantalla, es opcional, puedes poner el título de la notificación (no es visible para los usuarios):
2.1 En "Audience" selecciona "Send to Subscribed users".
Si quieres segmentar el envío, selecciona "Send to particular segment". El filtro que elijas hará que se envíe la notificación a los usuarios que cumplan los segmentos seleccionados.
2.2 En "Message" sólo es obligatorio el campo "Message", pero puedes completar el resto:
- Title: especifica el título de la notificación. Este aparecerá en la parte superior del texto de la notificación.
- Message: Escribe aquí mensaje de la notificación.
- Image: adjunta una imagen para mostrar al recibir la notificación.
- Launch URL: especifica aquí la URL que quieres que se abra cuando se envíe una notificación. Si dejas este campo vacío (recomendado) se abrirá la App.
2.3 En "Delivery Schedule" puedes programar el envío del mensaje:
- Inmediately: selecciona esta opción para enviarla en este momento.
- Specific Time: fecha y hora específica para enviar la notificación.
Per user optimization?:
- Send to everyone at the same time: enviará notificación al mismo tiempo a los usuarios (opción habitual y recomendada).
- Intelligent delivery: se enviará de forma progresiva a lo largo de una franja de horas seleccionada por One Signal.
- Custom time per user timezone: selecciona la hora en la que enviar este mensaje en función del país donde se encuentren los usuarios.
Por último, pulsa en Review and Send para enviarla.
Recuerda, las notificaciones enviadas desde One Signal...
- No aparecen en el histórico de notificaciones enviadas desde el constructor de Scoreapps
- Tampoco aparecen en la bandeja de entrada de la función Push v2 del usuario de la App
