APPS: Social Game


With the social gaming feature, business owners will be able to increase their customers' purchasing frequency by ranking them based on their loyalty.

NOTE: This feature only works if the app has a loyalty card.

The more loyalty points a user earns, the higher their level in the ranking will be.
All users see their positions in the ranking and the business owner can offer a gift to the leader. The more important the gift, the more challenging users will return to dethrone the leader, and the more the leader will return to consolidate their rank.

The duration of a game can be a month or a week. After this period, the game will restart with the counters reset to zero. For a first game, we recommend choosing a monthly period since the user base will not be large at first. As the volume of users grows, the deadline can be set to one week.

The name you give to a new social game is yours alone as it will not be displayed in the mobile app.

How to add this feature

To add this feature to your application go to step "FUNCTIONS" and click on the icon "Social Game":











Once added you must give this new section of the application a name



Configuration

To add a Social Game you must click on the icon of the +














Next you must complete the following fields:



Game Name: You must give the Social Game a name
*remember that it will only be visible to you and will not be shown in the application

Period: Set the duration period of this game (weekly or monthly)
Once a game is configured you will not be able to delete or edit it.

To finish press the button OK
