How to Automate Content with BlogPilot in Scoreapps

Before using BlogPilot: check the destination website

For BlogPilot to publish or schedule content, the destination website must be available in Scoreapps.

  • Website created in Scoreapps: you do not need to download or install the connector. Every website created in Scoreapps is already integrated; simply select it as the destination when configuring the agent.
  • External WordPress site: before configuring BlogPilot, connect the website by following How to Use Integrations and Connect WordPress with Scoreapps. Then return to BlogPilot and select that blog as the destination.

Dashboard

The Dashboard summarises the pipeline: drafts waiting for review, quality, scheduled publications and upcoming content. Use it to decide what needs attention first.

Agents

Each agent defines the website, brand voice, topics, frequency and publishing destination. Review these settings before generating the first draft.

Posts

Posts brings articles together with their status, destination blog, date and scores. Start with drafts and do not approve them in bulk before reviewing them.

Editor

The Editor lets you review and edit the article, check SEO and choose the publishing destination. Save changes before approving or publishing.

Calendar

Calendar displays the real content cadence by month, week, day or list. Use it to prevent empty periods or several posts being scheduled for the same date.

Analytics

Analytics summarises volume, statuses, average quality, posts that need review and pipeline indicators. A zero may mean there is not enough data for that metric yet.

Recommended workflow

  1. Review or create the agent.
  2. Check the first drafts in Posts.
  3. Correct the content in the Editor.
  4. Confirm the cadence in Calendar.
  5. Use Analytics to find blockers and review needs.
  6. Publish only after human review.

Scoreapps websites as a destination

Websites created within Scoreapps are already integrated and should appear as BlogPilot destinations; they do not need to download or install the connector. Use Integrations and the official connector only for an external WordPress website. Before setting up automated publishing, confirm that the website appears as a destination blog.
