In Contact Details we will put the details of the person who should contact Apple if they need more information or the App is rejected for whatever reason. Finally, in Notes, we can leave any message to the Review team or even provide an attachment that we think is relevant to the approval of the App. For example, we could attach the company's CIF or a trademark registration. This is not mandatory:
- We go down a little further and in Release we choose the 'Publish this version automatically' option:
- Click Save (above the page) before we go to the next step.
- Now we will complete the 'Application Information' section. We will indicate the category to which we want our App to belong and then click 'Configure content rights information' and in the pop-up window, we will select that No, does not contain content or
- Then we will click Set Ranking for all platforms and in the following pop-ups, we will put None in all the Content Description options, and then indicate that the App does not contain, non-restricted web access
- In Outcome of the Classification (3 of 3) we will not mark any of the 2 advanced options:
- We will click Save and then go to the next section called 'Price and Availability':
- We will first click Add Prices leaving everything to 0 euros if we do not intend to charge for each download of the Application:
- We will then set up availability and leave all the countries marked if we do not want to exclude our App from any specific region:
- Finally, as App Distribution Methods we leave 'Public: Everyone can find the app on the App Store and Offer a reduced price in Apple School Manager:
- We are back to the top of the page and follow the next section.
- We have already completed the Price and Availability section. Now we will go to App Privacy, click Edit App Privacy and add the URL of the privacy policy we have. If your company does not have a Privacy Policy link of its own, you can use this generic:https://apps.nocode-builder.com/application/privacypolicy/index/id/61e59e5518ae7
- We will now inform Apple about the App's data collection practices. To do this, click to get started:
- We will indicate that 'If we collect data and in the next window we mark Name, Email address and telephone number. And in Location we mark Exact and approximate location:
- We will now complete the information on the Name, Email Address and Phone. In all 3 cases the answers will be the same:
- Now, we will repeat the same process for the Email Address field:
- Now we will do the same with the Phone Number:
- We have only to set up the exact location and the approximate location. Let's start with the exact location:
- And finally, let us set up the approximate location:
- We have already completed all the information necessary for publication. We can go back to the 'In preparation for shipment' section and click 'Add to Review' and finally 'Send to Apps Review':
