Create a Webhook with Zapier
Zapier is a easy and powerful tool for creating very effective automations. With the events that occur in your App you can trigger different actions. We advise you to know more about Zapier in his
website to get good ideas or to look for specialized courses.
Create an account in Zapier and create a New Zap to get started:
You should look for the App Event called "Webhooks by Zapier".
To start receiving Apps events from our App Builder App select "Cath Hook" at the Trigger Event.
Done! Copy the Webhook URL by clicking Copy and refer to the Webhooks URL section of our App Builder.
Press Continue and make sure you follow the steps above to start receiving events.
To prove that the Trigger would work correctly, click on Test trigger when you have done the event or events selected on your Webhook.
For example, if you've selected a "New Registered User" event, go to your App, sign up, wait a few seconds and tap Test trigger to check the event that has arrived.
If you receive a screen similar to this with the message "We found a request!" you would register as "Request A" and would show all the details that the event has collected. If you get a mistake, the event has not yet been collected, so make sure you have chosen the right event and that you have taken exactly the action you have selected.
Now unleash your creativity and the needs of the App business create interesting automations with the following step:
For example, you can select Slack to notify your company that a new user has registered, include your customer in Mailchimp to send them newsletters, register it on a Google Sheets sheet, send an Email with Gmail. You have thousands of possibilities.
Once you set up an Action, it takes a test to verify that the"Request A"created earlier with the event collected has triggered the desired action.
When you see that it is done with a precise way, do not forget to activate your Zap:
Ready! You already have your Zap active thanks to the Scoreapps App Builder Webhook.
