How to use SEO Pro to analyze a website and generate an SEO audit

What SEO Pro is

SEO Pro is the Scoreapps tool that analyzes a web page and turns a URL into a clear, actionable SEO diagnosis that is easy to share. It helps you understand what may be limiting a website’s visibility in Google and which actions should be prioritized.

You do not need to be an SEO expert. SEO Pro summarizes the key points, shows a score and generates an action plan so you know where to start.

When to use SEO Pro

  • Before improving your own website or a client’s website.
  • When you want to detect technical, content or positioning issues.
  • To generate an SEO PDF report and send it to a lead or potential client.
  • To prioritize tasks: what should be fixed first and what can wait.

Before you start

  • You need the public URL of the page you want to analyze.
  • If you want to send the PDF automatically, add the lead’s name and email.
  • Analyze a specific page, such as the homepage, a landing page or a blog post.

How to create an SEO audit

  1. Log in to Scoreapps and open the AI area.
  2. In the left menu, open SEO Pro.
  3. Click Create audit.
  4. In Website you want to audit, enter the full URL.
  5. Optionally, complete Lead name and Lead email.
  6. If you want Scoreapps to send the report when it is ready, enable Automatically send PDF to lead when finished.
  7. Create the audit and wait for the analysis to finish.

When the audit is complete, SEO Pro displays an SEO Report with an overall score, audit status, PDF download option and several analysis blocks.

Overall score

This is a quick reference for understanding the SEO health of the page. It is not an absolute grade; it is a way to organize priorities.

SERP preview and metadata

The SERP is the Google results page. SEO Pro checks the SEO title, meta description, canonical URL and mobile configuration. These elements help Google and users understand what the page is about.

Content and structure

SEO Pro lets you download the report as a PDF. If you entered lead details and enabled automatic sending, Scoreapps can send the PDF to the potential client when the audit is complete.

  • The URL does not load: check that it starts with https:// and that the page is public.
  • The report takes time: some websites respond slowly or block certain checks.
