Introduction

While creating a campaign within Marketing Bot, you can enable the “AI Instructions” switch to tell the bot how to behave or respond.


Each campaign includes an AI training icon that allows you to train the campaign with various methods:

  1. Website or URL– Paste the URL of your website or documentation and press “Upload”. The bot will automatically crawl the site, find all the pages and display them for you to select the ones you want. This trains the bot to understand your content to answer questions about features, pricing, technical support, and more.


  1. PDF upload- Upload a PDF file (manuals, brochures, policy documents, etc.) and the system will extract its contents to feed the bot. For example, you can use the PDF of your service contract to have the bot respond to policy queries.

  1. Text instructions– Add plain text instructions, summaries, or notes that you want the bot to follow when answering.
  1. Question and answer pairs- Manually enter questions and answers to ensure accurate answers to very specific questions.
