Scoreapps offers a set of AI skills that allow you to generate content quickly and coherently with the brand. Skills are templates optimized for different use cases (social networks, blogs, commercial campaigns, etc.) and use generative models to produce texts from a few inputs. When integrated into the Scoreapps panel, these capabilities become a key tool for resellers and SMEs that need to create quality content without investing many hours.
Skills are modules based on artificial intelligence that automate writing tasks. Each Skill has a specific objective (for example, generating a description for a YouTube video, suggesting blog titles or writing a recruitment email) and presents a form with the necessary fields. After filling in the entries, the AI generates one or more texts adapted to the indicated language, tone and creativity. These texts can be edited, rewritten and saved as documents within the platformai.scoreapps.com.
AI Menu: in the main panel you will find the section AI. Upon entering, the page appears AI skills with a search engine and filters by categories such as “Blog”, “Business” or “Social media”ai.scoreapps.com. The cards show the name of the Skill and a brief description.
Filters and favorites- You can filter Skills by category or mark them as favorites (star icon) to quickly access the ones you use frequently.
When a Skill is opened, the screen is divided into two areas:
Form (left column) with the required fields. Includes common options such as language, creativity level, tone of voice, and maximum text length.
Some Skills allow you to activate Include your brand to add your business name automatically, or Generate Bulk Posts to generate several versions at the same time.
Document area (right column) with a rich editor showing the generated content. It has formatting buttons (bold, italic, lists, links) and undo/redo options. The generated text can be edited before saving or copying it
The top part shows the title of the Skill and buttons to create a new document or access My documents where the saved results are stored.
The typical workflow using the Skill is explained below. YouTube Video Description:
Select the Skill- From the Skills page, click the card YouTube Video Description or use the dropdown menu in the builder to change Skills.
Fill in the fields:
Qualification: Briefly describe the content of the video.
Include your brand- Activate this option if you want your project name to appear in the description.
Generate Bulk Posts: allows you to generate several descriptions at the same time; When activated, a field appears Number of results
Language: select the output language; by default, “Spanish (Spain)”
Maximum length: character or word limit. Adjusting it avoids overly long descriptions.
Creativity: defines how original the text will be (little, medium, high). Higher values generate more creative descriptions.
tone of voice- Controls the style (casual, professional, inspirational, etc.).
Trigger: press the button Trigger. In just a few seconds, the AI creates the description and inserts it into the document area.
If you activated Generate Bulk Posts, several versions will appear listed.
Edit and save- Use the editor to add or remove parts, apply formatting, or translate with the option Rewrite. When you are satisfied, press Keep to archive the document and access it later from My documents.
This Skill creates complete articles from a title and a set of keywords. The form requests:
Article Title and Focus Keywords (keywords separated by commas).
Maximum length, Creativity, Language, tone of voice and Number of results
When generating, the AI produces a structured article that is edited and saved as in the previous example. The results table on the right records each generation for later reference.
Designed to find attractive titles for blog posts or social networks. ask for one Description of the content and a maximum length for each title.
Social media: includes skills for Youtube Video Title, Instagram Captions, Social Media Post, Facebook Headlines, etc. These templates generate texts optimized for each social network, improving visibility and engagement.
business: Provides Skills for product descriptions, product names, commercial emails, audience analysis or business ideas.
blog- Covers post idea generators, article structures, text summaries, and translations.
The editor built into the document area offers functions that go beyond a simple text box. With the toolbar you can apply bold, italics, underlines, lists, links, quotes, code, and more.
Define clear objectives: clearly specify what you need. A title like “Benefits of AI for Small Businesses” produces better results than something generic like “AI.”
Enter context: for Skills that require descriptive text (e.g. Post Title Generator), provides relevant information about the product, target audience and desired style. The more guidance the AI has, the more aligned the result will be with your brand.
Adjust tone and creativity- Experiment with different levels of creativity and tones of voice to find the right balance between professionalism and approachability. A casual tone is common for social networks, while a formal tone is appropriate for a corporate blog.
Review and customize: AI generates a good draft, but it is advisable to review data, figures and expressions to adapt it to your business and current regulations. Take advantage of the editor to add calls to action, links or specific keywords.
Use Bulk Posts with judgment- Generating many versions saves time, but select and fine-tune the best ones. Do not publish texts without reviewing them.
Save your best creations: use the option Keep to store documents in My documents. This allows you to reuse and copy them in future campaigns.
