Brand Voice centralizes how a company should sound across articles, SEO, campaigns, proposals and automations. A strong brand voice prevents each tool from writing in a different tone and keeps BlogPilot, Article Writer and other features commercially consistent.
Goal of this guide: create a useful brand voice, review the key fields and use URL extraction without losing editorial control.
Create a brand voice from a URL
Brand Voice form with AI website analysis.
Open Brand Voices from the menu.
Click New voice.
Paste the brand website URL in the AI website analysis area.
Extract the brand voice so Scoreapps can suggest tone, audience, value proposition, CTAs and writing rules.
Review and adjust the fields before saving.
Main fields
Company name: public brand name.
Industry: sector or niche.
Description: what the company does, who it helps and why it is different.
Website: main URL.
Tagline: short positioning phrase.
Tone of voice: main communication style.
Target audience: customer type.
Specific instructions: style rules, allowed claims, banned words or preferred structure.
Strategy and messaging
Value proposition, differentiators, messaging pillars, proof points, pain points, CTAs, preferred words, banned words, geographic markets and priority pages should be completed whenever possible. These fields improve every downstream AI output.
Best practices
Update the Brand Voice when the offer changes.
Do not leave critical fields empty if you will generate articles or campaigns.
Avoid aggressive claims that the brand cannot prove.
Use separate brand voices for different brands or business lines.
