The Social Media Agents feature allows you to create AI agents that plan, generate, review, and publish content on your social media automatically (or semi-automatically), following your brand, tone, and objectives.
Before publishing, connect at least one account (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) from the Accounts section. You can find more information about connecting Social Networks and common errors
in this other article.

Main KPIs (indicators)
At the top of your panel, you will find essential metrics that provide a quick view of your social media activity.
- Scheduled posts: total posts queued for publishing.
- New posts: posts already published and moved to the archive.
- Impressions: number of content views (according to the available period).

- Utility: Allows you to quickly verify that content is being published correctly and get immediate feedback on recent performance.
Agents
The Agents section is where you define the personality and strategy of your AI. Here you can manage existing agents—adding new ones as your brand grows or removing those no longer needed—to ensure your social media presence remains clear and focused.
Agent Management
In this view, you can see all your active AI agents. Each agent is designed for a specific brand or objective.
+ Creating a New Agent
Start the onboarding process. This step initializes the agent's profile and prepares the AI for customization.
Step 2: Platform Selection
Choose which social networks this agent will operate on. You can select platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, or Facebook.
Step 3: Brand Identity
Provide the foundation for your content. You can do this in two ways:
- By entering your website URL (the AI will analyze the site to gather business information).
- Or by providing a detailed business description.
Important: If you choose the first option, it is not enough to just enter the URL; you must click the scraping button to the right of the URL and ensure the system confirms it has successfully scraped the page.
Step 4: Target Audience
Define who you want to reach. You have two options:
- Manual: Generate audiences and select them
- Automatic selection with AI: Or let the AI analyze your brand and automatically identify the audience most likely to convert.
Step 5: Post Types
Choose the type of posts the agent should focus on (e.g., educational, promotional, or industry news).
Step 6: Content Style and Parameters
Adjust the “look & feel” of your posts. In this step, you can select:
- Media: include or not include images.
- Hashtags and emojis: enable/disable.
- Language and tone: define main language and style (professional, witty, direct, etc.).
- Plan/frequency: define how many posts per week/month (according to your plan).
Step 7: Publishing Strategy
Choose how and when the agent publishes:
- Set a custom schedule by defining days and times.
- Or activate AI optimization to let it estimate the best publishing times for your target audience.
Archived Posts
The Archived Posts section serves as your platform’s historical library. Every post that has completed its journey—from generation to publication—is stored here. This allows you to review past performance, maintain a record of your brand voice, and repurpose successful content.
Content Calendar
The calendar is your visual roadmap for social media success. It offers a comprehensive, bird's-eye view of your entire content strategy, allowing you to see which Agent is posting, on which Platform, and at what time.
- Date Navigation: Use the interactive date selector to move between months and years, review past posts, or plan future content.
- Timestamp: Each entry shows the exact hour and minute when the post was published or is scheduled to be published.
- Agent Assignment: Each post is clearly labeled with the specific Social Media Agent that generated and managed the content.
Analytics
The Analytics section provides a data-driven view of your social media performance, allowing you to measure the impact of your AI Agents. By tracking these key metrics, you can optimize your content strategy, better understand audience behavior, and maximize the ROI of your social media presence.
- Average Engagement: Shows the average number of interactions (likes, comments, and shares) your content receives per post to assess audience interest.
- Total Followers: Monitor the total size of your community across all connected platforms to measure your brand's reach.
- Total Posts: Allows you to see the cumulative volume of content published by your agents.
- Total Stories: Specifically records the number of temporary stories published, allowing you to measure the frequency of your most immediate or momentary content.
- Content Performance Graph: A visual representation comparing the number of posts made with the engagement rate to identify which volume of posts yields better results.
- Growth & Visibility Graph: A detailed graph showing impressions along with audience growth to visualize how brand visibility translates into new followers.
Connect Accounts
The Accounts section functions as the main management hub for your platform integrations, displaying a complete list of all social media profiles currently connected to your agents, while also providing an easy way to link new accounts as your brand grows.
From this view, you can monitor in real-time the connection status of each profile—such as LinkedIn, X, or Instagram—and use the “Connect More” feature to authorize new platforms, ensuring your AI agents have the necessary access to execute your content strategy across your entire digital ecosystem.
Chat with Agents
The Chat section provides a direct conversational interface where you can interact with your artificial intelligence in real-time to generate ideas, enhance your content strategies, or ask specific questions about your social media presence. This powerful tool allows you to give detailed instructions to the AI, request immediate drafts of posts on trending topics, or resolve your agent's current objectives through a simple chat-based experience. By leveraging this feature, you can treat your Social Media Agents as true collaborators, ensuring that every piece of content they generate is perfectly aligned with your brand's evolution and your most immediate marketing needs.
