The Agentic Social Media feature allows you to create AI agents that plan, generate, review and publish content on your social networks automatically (or semi-automatically), following your brand, tone and goals.
Before publishing, connect at least one account (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) from the Accounts section.
1) The Dashboard: your control center
When you enter the function you will see a Dashboard with a real-time summary of the activity:
Main KPIs (indicators)
At the top of your dashboard you'll find essential metrics that provide a quick view of your social media activity.
- Scheduled posts: total number of posts queued to publish.
- New posts: posts already published and moved to the archive.
- Impressions: number of views of the content (depending on the period available).
- Posts ready to review: AI-generated drafts appear here that you can review before they are scheduled for publication. For each post you can: Approve, Edit or Reject.
Quick tip: Reviewing this section regularly helps maintain a constant flow of content and ensures that all posts align with the desired style.
Mini-calendar
Just below you will see a compact calendar with the days that have scheduled posts.
- Click on a day to see what's posted.
- Use the Calendar access to access a full view.
Latest publications
This section displays a real-time feed with the latest content published by your Social Media Agents.
- Information displayed: For each post you will be able to see a summary of the content, the associated social media account, and key performance metrics (for example: likes, comments, shares, or reach).
- Utility: It allows you to quickly verify that content is publishing correctly and get immediate feedback on recent performance.
Agents
The section Agents is where you define the personality and strategy of your AI. Here you can manage existing agents—adding new ones as your brand grows or removing those who are no longer needed—to ensure your social media presence stays clear and focused.
Agent Management
In this view you can see all your active AI agents. Each agent is designed for a specific brand or goal.
+ Creation of a new Agent
Start the onboarding process. This step initializes the agent profile and prepares the AI for personalization.
Step 2: Platform Selection
Choose which social networks this agent will act on. You can select platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram or Facebook.
Step 3: Brand Identity
Provides the foundation for your content. You can do it in two ways:
- Entering the URL of your website (AI will analyze the site to obtain business information).
- Or provide a detailed description of the business.
Important: If you choose the first option, it is not enough to enter the URL, you must click on the scrapping button to the right of the URL and make sure that the system confirms that it has been able to scrape the page.
Step 4: Target Audience
Define who you want to reach. You have two options:
- Manual: Generate audiences and select them
- Automatic selection with AI: Or let AI analyze your brand and automatically identify the audience most likely to convert.
Step 5: Post Types
Choose the type of posts the agent should focus on (for example, educational, promotional, or industry news).
Step 6: Style and content parameters
Adjust the “look & feel” of your posts. In this step you can select:
- Medium: include or not include images.
- Hashtags and emojis: activate/deactivate.
- Language and Tone: Define primary language and style (professional, witty, direct, etc.).
- Plan/frequency: define how many posts per week/month (according to your plan).
Step 7: Publishing Strategy
Choose how and when the agent posts:
- Set a personalized schedule by defining days and hours.
- Or activate AI optimization so that it estimates the best publishing times for your target audience.
Archived Posts
The Archived Posts section serves as your platform's historical library. Every post that has completed its journey—from generation to publication—is stored here. This allows you to review past performance, maintain a record of your brand voice, and repurpose successful content.
Content calendar
The calendar is your visual roadmap for social media success. It offers a complete, bird's-eye view of your entire content strategy, allowing you to see which Agent is publishing, on which Platform, and at what time.
- Navigation by dates: Use the interactive date picker to move between months and years, review past posts, or plan future content.
- Timestamp: Each entry shows the exact hour and minute that the post was published or is scheduled to be published.
- Agent Assignment: Each post is clearly labeled with the specific Social Media Agent who generated and managed the content.
Analytics
The section Analytics offers a data-driven view of your social media performance, allowing you to measure the impact of your AI Agents. By tracking these key metrics, you can optimize your content strategy, better understand your audience's behavior, and maximize the ROI of your social media presence.
- Average Engagement: Show the average number of interactions (likes, comments, and shares) your content receives per post to gauge audience interest.
- Total Followers: Monitor your total community size across all connected platforms to measure your brand's reach.
- Total Posts: Allows you to see the accumulated volume of content published by your agents.
- Total Stories: It specifically records the number of temporary stories published, allowing you to measure the frequency of your most immediate or in-the-moment content.
- Content Performance Graph: A visual representation that compares the number of posts made with the engagement rate to identify which volume of posts generates better results.
- Growth & Visibility Graph: A detailed graph showing impressions along with audience growth to visualize how brand visibility translates into new followers.
Connect accounts
The section Accounts serves as the main management hub for your platform integrations, displaying a complete list of all social media profiles currently connected to your agents, while offering an easy way to link new accounts as your brand grows.
From this view, you can monitor the connection status of each profile in real time—such as LinkedIn, X, or Instagram—and use the “Connect more” to authorize new platforms, ensuring that your AI agents have the access necessary to execute your content strategy throughout your digital ecosystem.
Chat with agents
The section Chat provides a direct conversational interface where you can interact with your artificial intelligence in real time to generate ideas, improve your content strategies or ask specific questions about your social media presence. This powerful tool allows you to give detailed instructions to the AI, request immediate drafts of posts on trending topics, or resolve your agent's current goals through a simple chat-based experience. By taking advantage of this feature, you can treat your Social Media Agents as true collaborators, ensuring that every piece of content they generate is perfectly aligned with the evolution of your brand and your most immediate marketing needs.
